Morning Satsang
Start the day with chanting Patanjalim Yoga Sutras and a basic Pranayama practice followed by a meditation. Class is free of charge when attending the following Ashtanga Primary Series class or Mysore class.

Ashtanga, Primary Series
The Ashtanga, Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa -- following the teachings of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois -- or Yoga Therapy. Ashtanga Yoga detoxifies and aligns your body through the cultivation of an inner purifying heat. The integration of breath along with the prescribed sequence of yoga postures into a continuous flow (Vinyasa) cultivates the perfection of strength, balance, flexibility and a vibrantly healthy body and mind.
No Vinyasa on new and full moons, nor the first 3 days of the menstrual cycle.
Some proficiency with Ashtanga is recommended.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is a gentle, yet deep and invigorating yoga practice integrating a combination of standing, seated, supine, twisting, balancing and supported inversion postures. You'll practice a balance of hot (strengthening) and cooling (restorative) yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness.
